Decent stay but with a few hiccups

Had a mixed experience during our one-night stay. Loved the spacious room with a smoking option, which suited our needs. The location was convenient for casino access. However, construction noise made it hard to relax.

The king room was super comfy, and I really enjoyed lounging by the seasonal outdoor pool after a long day. The vibes were pretty chill, making it a nice spot to just unwind. Just wish the bathroom could’ve used a bit more attention, but overall, I had a great stay! 😊

Had a fantastic time with my friends here! We visited the nearby Walbrook Park and took a quick trip to Anderson Island Park. Great spot to relax after some fun at the Eldorado Casino, just a short drive away. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, making our experience even better.

Cleaning definitely needs improvement. The sheets seemed fresh, but everything else felt neglected. The smell in the lobby was off-putting, and the exterior had trash around the entrance. The free Wi-Fi did not work at all, making it difficult for me to plan my next moves. The air conditioning unit worked, thankfully, but the overall ambiance felt more run-down than welcoming. I had issues with the TV that were never addressed, despite asking for help. There was also a strange noise coming from the refrigerator, which turned out to be bugs. It all left me feeling uncomfortable as a solo traveler. On a positive note, the check-in process was quick once they opened the doors, and the location was convenient for my plans.
